Butcher Lambs

We have Suffolk and Polypay cross butcher lambs available year-round. You can purchase a whole or half lamb. We will organize processing with a local butcher, then you can let the butcher know what specific cuts you want and pick up your meat when it’s ready.

$7 per pound hanging weight + cut & wrap paid directly to the butcher

You can generally expect a hanging weight of between 50 and 80 pounds.

How soon your lamb can be processed after you get on our list depends on the butcher’s availability.
